Serverpod 2.4, code-named “Hieroglyph,” is just released. It has added support for new Dart types, and you can now use records and sets in your endpoints and models. Plus, there are lots of other updates in the announcement.

One more and more important question, where is Serverpod Hosted actually be hosted? Who owns the servers? In which country are they?
I see a huge potential for an US independent solution here using Hetzner or something similar.

Great question! We are currently building Serverpod Cloud on top of GCP. In the first version, it’s hosted on servers in the EU, but we will add more options in the future (including deploying to multiple regions and edge solutions).
