Hi, I’m Dilek, the founder of TheWorldOf. We’re building a place where mobile app developers can introduce their work and visitors can discover apps through a world map.
I’m sharing it here as a resource for people releasing mobile apps, including Flutter developers. The website itself is built with Next.js.
Creators choose a place on the map and add their app’s store links. Each listing has a page they can share. Visitors can browse the map, sphere or mosaic view and follow the store links.
The map location is chosen for promotion. It does not indicate usage, popularity or store availability in that country.
I’d value your feedback on what a useful app showcase should include. What context would you want visitors to see before they click through to your store listing? Is the reason for using a map clear on the first visit?
